I knew that bizznitch would screw up my show. The Shield has been nothing short of brilliant the past three seasons. Now Glenn Close joins the cast and what do we have dull scenes with an old hag. It's only the first episode of the season and I'll give her two more episodes before I jump ship. Get your crap together Close!

What's she doing on that show? I wouldn't think they need a 'big star' to 'save' it. I thought it was doing okay.
I want to see a Shield/Cagney and Lacey crossover episode.

I thought it might be okay because the writing has been great. So ok Glen Close playing the new bizznitchy captain, thought that was going to work out. Last night proved that it didn't. Don't get me wrong the episode was still quite entertaining, filled with plenty of violence, but her scenes just didn't do it for me. Like I said two more episodes, there is only so much I will tolerate.

Episode 2: I still haven't jumped ship yet. Glen Close got a little better this episode, but she still didn't win me over. But the show never fails. The out going captain masterbates to a rape video and the Asst. Chief is found dead in Mexico. Awesome! I might get a shot at watching them film in LA. Talking to the producers about doing a story because of their autism angle. That would ROCK!
